      Pros

      Nice people, great possibility to learn something new (company has a lot of internal training, buy tickets for external conferences and provides 6 paid days for training), big experience in banking domain.

      Cons

      Everything depends on project and manager. Another project - another rules. You can find great new codebase and team of easy adopters or you can join project that has 15 years old codebase, where is 15 "if" statements in one method and you have to add one more ;)

      I have been working here for almost 3 years and i can say it is a pleasant environment, the team is great and there are possibilities to grow

      It would be great if they would be more attentive on motivational package or appraisal one

      Luxoft is a good employer if you're considering outsourcing companies as an employee. It's not a start-up, but a decent place to be

      Cons

      Ukrainian employees that get to Poland as well as refugees to Germany. You will need to learn Ukrainian or Russian in order to communicate with them.
