      teams are mostly talented and open-minded. your opinion sometimes may change something in the product, no matter what position you take

      planning is inaccurate, some periods are boring and slow, others stressful and exhausting, normal workflow - not something to expect

      Company OK, but Moscow office sucks

      Pros

      Overall company is OK: Talented engineers, interesting tasks, overall good opportunities. All other offices are much better then those in Moscow.

      Cons

      Company doesn't care about employees health. Shabby overcrowded office, extremely cold in Autumn\Spring - people getting sick on a regular basis. Dirty canteen in the office is unsafe - poisonings are usual. No other food in 15 minutes proximity to the office, except for extremely expensive restraunts.
