focus on quantity rather than quality very call center-y, they expect recruiters to call, call, call, sell, sell, sell and insist with candidates even when it is clear the candidate is no longer interested in even talking with them. no care for the human part, for a candidate's needs or wants, the focus is always on what jobs need to be filled in, which is why good candidates are lost. very poor human and social skills among the recruiters recruiters are treated as call center agents low skilled trainers, low skilled new team leaders, focused on their own agendas
