- he company is growing really fast and you can be promoted quite fast comparing with other companies - you can have access to Internal Mobility Program and you can change your type of project in 1 year - great technical and soft skills training inside company, Luxoft has it own Training Development Center

Cons

- taking into account that LUXOFT is an outsourcing company, there are diverse projects with different types of working and different cultures
