      Toxic environment but depends on project/account

      Stable work, big company, training programs

      Cons

      Over my engagement with the company, I have not really positive experience. But it mostly depends on the business unit and projects I’ve worked in rather than the company overall. Many processes are not established, micromanagement from the direct manager, a lot of paperwork.
