A good company with a very good outlook

Pros

I'm working here almost 7 years and it's the only company I'm working so long... and not going to quit... The more visible pros's are: - A very good company that motivates to up skill yourself. - Very good practices of people management - No barriers for career growth - Very big company scale (worldwide company) with real possibility to relocate - Very adequate senior management who is very open for continuous improvements and changes. I have in mind at least couple of the initiatives that were supported/sponsored by Luxoft.

Cons

I noticed a typical issue of fast scaling companies - business grows fast but processes/solutions are delays. But I believe with the last bullet above (wiliness to improve) it will be fixed.
