Pros

A standout place to work if you want genuine impact. The scope is real — you own strategy and execution, not just tickets — and the company moves fast enough that you actually get to use that scope. It's genuinely AI-forward, so the tooling lets a small team punch well above its weight, and I've grown more here in a year than I would have in several somewhere slower. The people are the other half of it: sharp, low-ego, and collaborative, with leadership that's accessible and decisive. Working in PropTech with a large, real customer base makes the work feel like it matters.

Cons

It's fast-paced and you'll work through ambiguity — the upside of the autonomy is that you're often the one defining the path.

Pros

Luxury Presence is full of smart, kind, hardworking people who genuinely care about building something great. I’ve had a lot of opportunities to work on meaningful projects, solve real problems, and make an impact across teams. The company moves fast, which can be intense, but it also means there’s a lot of room to take ownership, learn quickly, and help shape how things get better as we grow.

Cons

We move really fast, especially when it comes to AI. The company is incredibly encouraging of people leveraging AI in their work, which is exciting, but with everything changing so quickly it can sometimes feel like I’m behind. That said, compared to peers I know at other companies, Luxury Presence is very advanced in how we think about and use AI. It’s a good “con” to have, but it can still feel overwhelming at times.
