Pros

I love the people at Luxury Presence. They are so kind, hard working, and positive. I enjoy the culture. The team is so supportive. The management has my back. It's an amazing place to work.

Cons

As a new company, there are a lot of changes. I don't really mind change, but others might.

Pros

At LP you'll find autonomy with your work, lots of room to further your career with tons of opportunities for people who go above and beyond, all topped off by strong leadership.

Cons

Hyper growth has growing pains. You need to like working at a start-up to do well here.

"Think Like an Owner"

Pros

Thinking like an owner is one of the core values at Luxury Presence which we definitely feel day in / day out. Regardless of ones title or position, everyone is encouraged to think strategically about their work, and to make decisions with both the authority and responsibility of thinking like an owner. Projects and ideas move forward quickly and I rarely feel we're allowing systems or processes that aren't working, to hold back the progress of the team. Overall my team and the company as a whole are very supportive, positive and engaged with one another. We often have 'lunch & learns' that promote education and communication across departments as well as company hosted activities that just get everyone together and out of the office. Having worked at several SMB's and startups, I've seen companies struggle with change and growth - this is something I think LP embraces and acknowledges the extra effort it takes for employees to learn new tools and implement new 'best practices' with a positive attitude. I can tell because our clients aren't phased by product updates and releases; they trust the relationships they've built with the sales and client success teams and know they're in good hands.

Cons

We have a really nice office space that we are outgrowing quickly :)
