Remote-first culture with high-caliber engineering team and friendly, collaborative staffs.

Cons

Management struggles with goal-setting and transparency. Expectation setting is non-existent, and there is no mentorship or career progression framework. Communication between departments is siloed, leading to frequent misalignment. Despite everyone working at maximum capacity, the company continues to let people go, leading to low morale.
