Pros

Work from home, good management team, great PTO policy! Best of all the team is friendly and welcoming.

Cons

Their compensation is not that good, hard to grow into a new department, and health benefits are alright wish I had more options, growing rapidly so there is a lot of ambiguity at times.

Pros

I would say wfh, but then after hiring they told us they actually expect us to come into the office as much as possible.

Cons

What a mess, from the very first week I realized I should continue applying to other jobs. By far worst sales culture and management I've ever seen. We were literally told we weren't working hard enough unless we were holding our pee -the manager said it without a hint of sarcasm or jest... If you fall behind on your goals due to covid - good luck catching back up, they'd rather put you on a PIP and hire another rep (no wonder they have trouble keeping any new sales people - my whole class left within 90 days). No one here is happy, even the reps making the most money just looked miserable and sad every morning. We were also pressured to not take lunch breaks (which violates federal law). So unless you want zero work life balance, rude micromanagers, and prefer to look at virtually 2-3 different website designs all day, I'd highly recommend you look elsewhere for a sales career.

Disappointing but it wasn't the worst ever

Pros

- Brilliant, empathetic and supportive teammates - W/L balance is good - Opportunity to gain experience doing some jobs that more specialized teams in larger organizations would not handle

Cons

- Alarmingly disorganized - Lack of meaningful career progression opportunities or pay raises - Misplaced sense of urgency to release an unfinished, buggy product - Staffing issues - High turnover - Unrealistic expectations with a failure to consider how challenges above might impact delivery
