Pros

One of the key factors when it comes to finding the right company is knowing that its leaders have the right vision, mindset, and that are willing to selflessly help you to keep growing both, personally and professionally.  After working for several companies, I can tell that Luxury Presence is run by a group of young, professional, and grounded individuals with a clear vision—creating a sense of pride for being part of it.  The company's energy and culture were what made me join, the company's leadership made me stay.

Cons

Growth. Since the company is growing fast, you need to be able to keep up with an environment that is constantly evolving, which might not be ideal if you are seeking some sort calm and steady rhythm.

Pros

- One of the biggest reasons why I enjoy working here is because of the people and culture. It's dope! - You get to wear multiple different hats, which can help you learn a lot and gain experience in a short amount of time. - The executive team is 100% transparent with everyone, and always keep us updated on the status of the company, issues we're facings, and milestones we hit as we continue to grow. - If you're someone who likes to take ownership of your work... this is the place to be. There is no type of micro-managing here, but on the other side of that, you have to make sure you get your work done and keep yourself accountable with your deliverables.

Cons

- This is company moves fast and you have to be able to keep up or else you won't last. - There are times where you may feel like you are spread too thin and there's not enough resources. - Managing client's expectations when it comes to digital marketing. - The synergy between departments is lacking and feels as though everyone is focusing on their own tasks rather than looking at every department as part of the big picture that builds on top of each other, but it's starting to look better as we bring on more people to fill in the gaps.

Pros

Luxury Presence only hires the best! Having so many peers at the top of their game has acted as a driver for me to improve my abilities and earn my stripes. They invest in their employees and really think long-term when it comes to helping them develop. Every member of the company from top to bottom has "a seat at the table" and constructive feedback is always heard and welcomed.

Cons

They encourage and expect critical thinking and action from individual contributors. There's a lot of freedom. For people coming from a rigid corporate structure, this can be challenging and require an adjustment period. Additionally, the workload can be intense.
