      Was great until it got too big

      Wonderful people, great tools & processes

      Cons

      Senior management was disconnected from the associate experience for a long time & once the new CEO came on, he laid off over 1k people first week.

      Many Good People Left the Company

      Pros

      Good people, lots of opportunity for advancement, good work/life balance.

      Cons

      No 401k match, stock plans available but were not doing well, many of the good employees had left leaving some questionable people to be promoted. Many layoffs that laid off quality people (probably because they were paid higher.)
