Pros

Work and life balanced. Flexible working environment and working hours. Very talented and smart employees

Cons

Managers are incapable of getting things done or "drive the bus". Lots of them are first-time managers, getting promoted because they are good at talking and reporting. Lots of bla bla bla with no direct guidance from managers or leadership. Employees' actual work is not being valued.

Pros

Able to raise your hand to help or start something new Flexible to work from anywhere Fair compensation Fun people (mainly)

Cons

The lack of stability within the company is really unsettling. Leadership doesn't sound like they know what they are doing. Working with big egos and people who don't know how to prioritize work

Pros

Good people who give more to the company than it may deserve.

Cons

Feels like golden handcuffs on a sinking ship. Leadership lacks accountability and does not seem to have a viable path forward. Employees are expected to "Do more with less" and "Stay nimble" due to layoffs as though that's a good thing.
