Knowledgeable people, mostly easy to work with Interesting problems to work on Typically good work/life balance, though that may be changing especially since the layoffs

Cons

I question whether management have a clear and realistic long term vision in mind Things change very rapidly, which, again, seems to indicate poor long-term vision and direction

You got to meet alot of amazing people with alot of memorable conversations. You get to travel a bit because you are going everywhere.

Cons

Make riders get and pass background checks and for them only be able to use one card per account for driver safety reasons
