Short sighted leadership, no product vision chasing quarterly earnings but hasn’t stop stock prices from plummeting (since ipo) Shrinking US teams thru layoff and attrition, moving to lower cost locations outside of US Weak product managers and pm teams Majority of Eastern Europe teams have not been productive the last year yet excluded layoffs Benefits have been pared down consistently over the last few years. Used to have $200/mo Lyft credit, used to have snacks and drinks in the office. All have disappeared company has been on survival mode the last 2 years Wannabe Amazon, losing the Lyft values and culture
