Cons

Not organized, on an island by yourself, no exposure to fellow peers in other markets, everything is segregated, everyone is only trying to make their numbers for their bonus instead of the companies image

- flat org, no egos - great opportunity for growth - bandwidth, manager always checks in to see if you are overwhelmed or need help - close with lead/management = great opportunity for both parties to grow together and learn from each other, hands off but there when you need - mgmnt always has your best interest in mind and will fight for you - mgmnt goes out of her way to bring culture to office, she genuinely cares about her team - Qly offsites!
