Pros

Some really great people. Some not so great too.

Cons

Leadership is not competent to run the business and funds worthless projects that do not make money. Layoffs continue and no one takes accountability. This company is swirling the drain.

Pros

- Lots of novel challenges to take on - Supportive environment - Competitive pay and benefits

Cons

- Some infra teams have limited resources and thus have limited availability to help downstream teams - Frontend folks are sometimes pushed to do backend as well, even if that doesn't align with their interests or goals - Politics between teams can sometimes be an issue
