      Work/life balance was solid, pay was solid

      Cons

      Disorganized from the top down, plummeting stock prices with no clear plan to rectify from C level team. Layoffs were incredibly impersonal but severance was generous

      -Great team, folks are nice and the people who make up the creative team are all dedicated and lovely -Lyft occasionally has cool projects

      Cons

      -Recent layoff affected folks who were holding up many teams; that decision felt unappreciative of the years and years they put in. The team is barely staying afloat and morale is low -The creative work is very restricted and does not embrace your perspective -Work gets very tedious and boring

      No longer a great place to work post Covid

      - There's lots to do, never bored - Coworkers are smart, capable, and hardworking (eng + product) - Competitive total comp (before decline in stock price)

      Cons

      - Questionable leadership, constant re-orgs & change in direction - No engineering leadership - Very prescriptive, document heavy, process heavy culture - No culture. No social events. I hardly know the people I work with. I don't know others in my org. - Extremely high turnover - Had poor experiences with promotion / review process
