      Pros

      It’s an okay gig. Nothing to rant and rave about, but still good enough to give a five star because of how well they treat their employees. What I appreciate most is how great the work life balance is. Everything else is just okay.

      Pros

      I’ve never worked with a better group of people. Everyone in the office is talented, skilled, knowledgeable, professional, kind and just willing to go above and beyond to help each other out. I can’t count the number of times my coworkers have come to my aid when I was stuck on a project or overwhelmed by a tight deadline. We have each other’s backs and it feels more like a small family than just coworkers.

      Cons

      A total lack of clear guidelines and standards for what is expected. This is especially stressful for type A personalities who like to know exactly what’s expected from them.

      Pros

      An excellent work environment where you can develop professionally. Lynchval Systems is small enough where your role in the company makes a significant impact. There is plenty of hands on experience. Management goes out of their way to make you feel appreciated.

      Workplace morale has its high and low periods.
