      Pros

      By and large, you can work without being micromanaged. If you want to chance working for Lynchval you might have a chance to make a difference.

      Cons

      The software that was developed by its founder Joe Lynch has fallen way behind the times. The company is treading water. There are just a few clients/contracts that keep it afloat. Pay raises are virtually nil.

      A learning opportunity is presented for management experts across the country to observe how not to establish and run a consulting company.

      Cons

      Incompetent irresponsible management with a skill set including: 1) effective lying techniques both internally and with clients, 2) budgetary manipulations to maximize profit while minimizing output, 3) establishing a work environment which destroys morale through intimidation and gross incompetence, and 4) long-term guarranteed self-immolation.
