      Pros

      A great place to spread your wings without much oversight from management. You’re given a task and expected to complete it without handholding. One of the better jobs I’ve ever worked at because management actually treats their employees like functional adults, and not like children.

      disrespect for other than programming skills, unqualified employees assigned to many projects, lack of quality control principles and documentation standards, inadequate compensation, poor management practices, shrinking client base, very poor future business prospects.
