      the work schedule was good and flexible. the employees were very friendly and helpful most of the time. could work without much supervision.

      Cons

      There were minimal pay increases due to a lack of new business. The new business team was not very effective in bringing in more clients.

      A learning opportunity is presented for management experts across the country to observe how not to establish and run a consulting company.

      Cons

      Incompetent irresponsible management with a skill set including: 1) effective lying techniques both internally and with clients, 2) budgetary manipulations to maximize profit while minimizing output, 3) establishing a work environment which destroys morale through intimidation and gross incompetence, and 4) long-term guarranteed self-immolation.

      Great working environment under the old owner and corporate head. Very responsive to change and innovations. Small close-knit family environment

      New Foreign ownership -- that is unresponsive and seemingly without any communicative direction; Cut-throat and untrustworthy leadership; Neglecting long-term client base in customer support; No focus or direction. Dog-eat-dog work environment.
