When things go well, it was a stable job. There were good coworkers who have committed to build a friendly community over the years.

Cons

The HR was messed up. The company does not care for the employees' needs or career goals. The communication was dysfunctional. Inappropriate upper-manager conducts or verbal comments were allowed to continue (i.e. workplace bullying) and good lower-level employees were pushed out. However, it is a big company and the culture of each team may be different.
