The Lynden family of companies is a great place to work in. The company is focused on customer support and employees at the same time. There is plenty of opportunities to grow and expand if you make the effort.

We take care of our customers 24/7 which is more effort than some are willing to do.

If you are newer in the company (10 years or less), your ideas will not be heard or considered, regardless of whether or not they're good. There's a hierarchy of command and it's expected that those who've 'served' longest have the most say. Some of the current biggest debts in the company stem from the ideas of these select few from a number of years ago...
