Pros

I enjoy the people and the work culture. A lot of people have been here for a long time and that is a testament to the kind of company this is.

Cons

There is no room for upward mobility which is great if your already in an upper position. I don't see myself working my way up the ladder because as I stated in the pros people don't quit.

Pros

They have nice health benefits, a good work/home balance & co-workers are very friendly. Many of the employees have been there 10 + years.

Cons

They are VERY resistant to change, & new ideas are not encouraged. The pay is average, to a little below, & there is no room for advancement. There are many employees that have been there a long time, whether they are productive or not, & the opinions of those who are new to the company are not taken seriously. They also expect their workers to get 45 hours of work done in 40--overtime is highly discouraged.
