Employees are micro-managed by literally everyone. There is a ton of turn over in every department therefore basically everyone is always in training mode. You have to get used to people screwing everything up that directly affects you and your patients.

Non-clinical management making senior management decisions in BH department. Lack of communication between senior/administrative management to employees. Difficult to boost morale when no one trusts you or your work ethic. Absurd expectations which seems close to exploitation. They scale it as that's is why you get paid more than the average. Management really doesn't care about self care.
