      Pros

      * There is an interesting vibe now (well, except for right now thanks to COVID19) betwene experienced long timers, and new arrivals * There is increased activity with customers for sure. Everyone is busy * The CEO is approachable and very engaged. Indeed he often seeks out the engineers to understand more about what is going on * The customers we work with seem to really appreciate our efforts as a supplier, indeed saometimes as a partner/consultant

      Cons

      * Today the business is strongly focused in Aerospace and Defense. We do need to break into new areas to grow revenue and reduce reliance on one sector * Everyone is stretched thin. The joys and challenges of a small, tightly run company. Small budgets.

      Pros

      Great technology with recent big design wins, now complete executive team and influx of new hires are breathing some new life into the company. Great location with reverse commute for most employees, nice walking trails and restaurants nearby. Nice group of employees that are dedicated and work well together.

      Cons

      Office layout isn't really conducive to socialization (partly due to secure areas), there is clear separation between departments. Some of the furniture and equipment is dated and could do with a refresh.

      Pros

      Innovative technology that goes way beyond an RTOS/microkernel; terrific field staff; cheerful environment; get to work with leading-edge products, partners, and customers on some quite cool systems... Have considered working elsewhere, but the tech and the people I work with every day are what keep me here. I'd honestly give a 4 or maybe a 4.5, but feel the need to counter-balance a couple of angry 1-star votes...

      Cons

      Work/life balance is not great. Partly the nature of the beast; partly due to tighter "financial discipline" than other companies I've worked at. Other reviews lay out historical challenges, but key appointments to leadership have greatly improved operational health and company trajectory.
