      A good group of internal people with very high level of skills who follow out of need for employment.

      Cons

      Executive management skills are not executive skills and reflected in business decline. Integrity is not a concern.

      embedded hardware that is more than commodity PC and some employees that still know what they do and some users that still know what they want and some people that still value rational reason

      Cons

      line of command that intersect with other lines of command multiple times with each other ; overly exposure of lower levels to external world without thought of professional stance and protective mediation
