Manager or manager's manager maybe incompetent. Beware of that! Your manager may not even know why he or she is giving out that kind of "instruction", because he/she is incompetent in that area!

Managment needs replaced. You are only a number in this company. Worked there for 20 years, Arco, then Lyondell. When Basell bought us it went down hill and is still at that level.

In June there were 3 flaring events. There was Benzine in the first event and it was part of the ash that was deposited on hundreds of houses and over 1000 vehicles but it was not disclosed to the public. I know.
