      Pay is the only benefit.. but also they'll make you wait 6 months to give you a raise and then not give you back pay for it.. and now they're restructuring everything so everything's up in the air so it's just going downhill

      Cons

      I used to be happy now I walk around depressed all day even on the weekends because I know the weekend is going to be over soon.. and then I got to go back to that place where everybody is miserable nobody is happy.. we are gas lit all day long..

      Decent benefits, helpful colleagues, the rotational program is a good way to start off in the company

      Cons

      Upper management incompetency (clearly showed during the economic downturn and the company issued layoffs), health insurance is kind of expensive, overall culture is becoming more rigid than it used to be despite not showing strong improvements in performance, new office location has made commuting much more difficult for many employees.
