      Pros

      World scale petrochemical industry that made quality petrochemicals for a variety of useful purposes from the plastics building blocks and many others

      Cons

      The company grew too fast and lost it's personal touch with employees. When expansion was complete it became a dog eat dog atmosphere

      Pros

      Great atmosphere to learn in. They understand that you don't have experience, and they do their best to teach you. Also, they give you actual projects that their engineers would work on.

      Fast paced, but other than that I don't have anything bad to say.

      Horrible place to work for me to much stress

      Cons

      I was there for 12 years and was released from employment because they have no need for my services. I was 59 years old, no degree, but my work was impeccable. I am also black.
