      Pay and benefits are good. Operational culture is top class with really good engineering and operating discipline

      Cons

      Since the downcycle opportunities for advancement have been extremely limited depending on the site.

      Pros

      Good local management, always feel supported and encouraged to succeed. Good benefits package.

      Cons

      Poor higher management, people are just numbers to them. Little autonomy and constrained by processes and procedures with no ownership when things go wrong or you need additional support.
