      The pay and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Since announcing the move from downtown to Williams Tower the company continues to destroy employee morale. There's no public transportation to the Galleria. They are requirng employees to come to the office 3 days a week after 5 years of allowing them to only come in 2 days a week. And now they're announcing layoffs after unnecessarily spending millions on their new office location.
