      -Freedom to define your own future -Strong balance sheet, minimal layoffs even during a pandemic -Strong future: Green recycling program, continued global growth, innovative -Co workers are good people. Standard politics within company as any large company -Great benefits, stock program, 401K match -Hasn’t furloughed salaries, 401K, etc even during down period

      -Tough work life balance -Very lean, can work individuals hard -Not good at handling poor performers. -Bonus program now benefits poor performers vs benefiting high performers -Job descriptions are very vague. Ultimately doing whatever management says. Can cause confusion and a lot of random work assignments -Time based promotions rule over experience based promotions

      Decent rate of pay if properly educated, and negotiated.

      Management has become bottom line concentric. Have seen loss of long term employees due to push to remove because they "make too much money and benefits". Loss of experience has proven to have effect on production of product; processes, and in some cases safety issues because new person with experience of 5 years or less are being put in role of decision making. Executive Management for safety even less experience. Known for reduction of their bottom line in all facets. (Personnel and costs) Plants in dire need of assistance in areas of Maintenance; Production and Safety. Too many managers and not enough personnel to complete work appropriately without working excruciating long hours. Management pretends to care.
