Great Health Benefits Great Vacation Benefits

Cons

Those health and vacation benefits will be greatly needed. This company runs lean so layoffs are rare. However, you well pay for this stability by working the job of 2 if not 3 people. This is the company culture and it is across the board. LYB prides itself in running lean so do not expect this to change. If you expect any kind of work life balance look elsewhere
