Pros

Good opportunities for moving up the ladder with the effort you put in to showcase your talents. Lots of experience if you are up for the heavy lifting.

Cons

Salary not market competitive unless you are at Director or Exec level. Dealing with initial flagship platform (HQ) issues gotten to be a burden. Absent leadership, not connecting with employees on the manager and personnel level.
