Pros

It's a pay check at this point. Only other perk is that it is close to my house.

Cons

Strees levels are supper high. It seams like every day there is a new person quiting or getting fired. There is no leadership here. All the old VP's are gone and the new ones insipre little confidence. The company direction gets changed on a weekly basis without any real thought as to how it affects customers, employees and particularly morale.

Pros

Nice co-workers. Nice office space. It's a job in a difficult economy.

Cons

There has been massive turn over of employees over the last 3 months. The new CEO has been quick to slash without having any real solutions. Just on Friday another VP left. The customer front is just as bad. We have less support people to handle more problems which makes it a very difficult place to work for.

Pros

Good non-management people to work with. Convenient location in downtown San Jose.

Cons

Poor mid and top management Buggy product Not paying attention to what the customers want Paying more attention to bringing new features than to what the customers actually want. No attention paid to the underpaid and overworked staff. Everything and I mean everything takes the backseat including your life and family. Lots and lots of stress.
