Nice location in Emeryville headquarters.

Cons

The company is a case study in unqualified senior managers playing their investors into a failing endeavor. Essentially the process for filling Sr Management roles fell into being a longtime friend of Luis, after which you had license to do no wrong, and you could blame others for any shortcoming that you may have.

The people were for the most part good folks. The pay was average, which isnt bad in todays economy.

Cons

Senior Management overall needed some help. Significant changes in the senior level in the last year (New VP Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and CEO) show the story - the company doesnt know where they should be going - but they are charging ahead in an attempt at aggressive mediocrity. Only time someone listens to the customers is when they are already upset and screaming at Customer Service.
