It was nice while it lasted

Pros

Liked the team, and enjoyed working with the customers

Cons

After the acquisition by Aurea, 125 people became 9, and the wrong 9 at that. It's hard to sell a SaaS service if you don't know how to keep your servers working.

Pros

They had a great training program, lots of company social opportunities, and a lot of very intelligent people to interact with. Good age and cultural diversity. Fresh fruit, snacks and free beer are always nice.

Cons

The company was acquired. The new management from Aurea did not communicate well with the Lyris employees or the senior staff about the progress and the shape of the transition. A lot of really good employees and leaders were let go without explanation.

Pros

Some of the best people I have ever worked with. Also the HR was second to none was REALLY there for employees in the event that they needed help. My manager, and team were great to work with and I left there much more knowledgeable.

Cons

Senior leadership when I first started, but they have the right people in place now
