Good co-workers, knowledgeable, hard working. Promoted from within, rewarding work.

Cons

Management was in decline, leadership clearly fractured , Dean treats company like it's his toy Tonka truck, and drives away talent.

Pros

I was working with very nice and talented people in my team , also Environment is very nice, during my contract with M.C.Dean I learn many new technologies and I got very good hands on experience.

Cons

During my work with M.C. Dean I feel like many people have no idea about what will happen tomorrow with them, they are scared to lose their job , and my colleges prefer to join another companys because of that , also leak of communication with Management

Pros

a lot of opportunity to travel. lots of technologies to learn. a lot of smart employees working there

Cons

people are constantly being laid off. One case involved someone just shy of their 10 year anniversary being let go. Lay offs are not done en masse so job security is never really accomplished.
