Out of four companies I work for, MCDEAN is the worst so far

No good reason to work for MCDEAN if you have any other choice but if you do not have a choice these would be pros: Benefits are not that bad comparing to other companies; they do understand you need to take a time off; co-workers are great to work with

Cons

There is no communication at all; employees are humiliated; no salary increases at all; You are demoted without anybody telling you a word about your demotion; huge turnover; You have to give your fingerprint when you come to work and when you come and leave jobsite

Benefits suck, they get worse almost every year. Management hasn't a clue how to manage people. Bosses who make promises and then don't follow through.
