Strong presence in the the housing market. Great support staff, who'll do what it takes to help you to become successful.

Cons

After investing months building up your community and getting sales, the deceptive managers will remove you and put in a favored salesperson to reap the rewards. As a female, you will become one of many who have been told you have a community then after a long wait it's given to a favored salesperson. Ask for references from former successful females and have an attorney on retainer.

To my knowledge there are no pros to work for this company

Expensive low quality benefits Good'ol boy company that plays favorites with unproductive, lazy buddies Lays employees off 5 days before quarterly bonuses are due to productive employees. Poor to no communication and if communication is shared it's not honest or skewed to omit truth Employees are encouraged to cut corners on home construction to increase profits This company should be investigated for it business practices

Office employees and Financial group are great, helpful, flexible

Cons

Rare opportunity for promotions - none for females. Some employees there for years and never granted opportunity for growth. Poor management culture begins from the top. Few benefits, low salaries, not enough staff leaving some overworked.
