Pto Benefits Most people working there are great

Cons

Horrible management in Syracuse. They promote these kids out of college to run the branches instead of people with real experience. They make terrible hiring decisions and make up their rules as they go. The pay is garbage as well. You can bring in millions of dollars in loans and revenue for them and you get maybe a $200 bonus. Along with an hourly pay of $20-$22. Pretty embarrassing for a bank honestly.

M&T values, from my experience, are not always reflected in a given region I joined because of the focus on candor and transparency, but don't really see that in market Lots of turnover, compensation/incentives not very competitive
