Pros

Welcoming environment and friendly employees, good benefits, accessible upper management, happy hours, mobility is valued and encouraged, great place to develop to develop managerial skills.

Cons

Health plan is not good. Very high deductibles which makes it very expensive to go to doctors on a regular basis. Technology needs to be updated, investment on technology needs to be a priority.

- Free summer housing - Great work hours (40/week) - Training programs (depending on the division you are placed in) - Tight-knit internship (Summer MDP) group

Cons

- Pay was relatively low - Some employees are technologically challenged (depending on your division - I did not have this problem but heard this from other interns) - Ancient central technology

Pros

Well compensated for a summer job, you do get to meet a lot of senior management, get a picture of how the bank works

Cons

The work can be extremely boring and mundane, filling out excel spreadsheets and access databases all day. Many of the people working there don't seem particularly exciting.
