I liked the collaborative environment. Get a lot of federal holidays off and 4 weeks of PTO

A years worth of training surrounding everything involved with banking and being a branch manager IN banking. PTO, decent pay for a starting job, Good benefits, 401k match, stock buying options, nice coworkers and a good working environment

Cons

The training could leave much to be desired. Much if it is online both via classes and self directed learning, both of which are not hands on enough to truly get without getting your feet wet in real life. Often you will learn things that you won’t have experience with for a long time, which can derail the steadiness of your learning
