      The co-workers are nice 95% of the time, and great for those wanting to work banking hours.

      Cons

      Upper management tends to lie or give little to no details about what will be going in the company, and have lie about promoting people to try to make them work harder.

      Cons

      Management and HR are not helpful when they are made aware of toxic employees. They just make a file and sit on it. Culture leads to burnout.
