Pros

M3 provides its employees with a positive work environment, great culture, opportunities for growth, and autonomy. The challenges that come with working on different complex projects make it hard to get bored. The benefits are unbeatable. Hourly pay is also a big plus as overtime is paid straight.

Cons

There is some lack of direction and training for new employees. A standard outlined training process for new hires would be helpful.
