I appreciate the culture, working environment, opportunities for personal growth, the exposure to many scales of domestic and international projects and good managers. Very honest workplace. There is a great amount of autonomy with the day to day work. Software and IT is top notch. Engineering and design pay is hourly. Amazing benefits. Management doors are always open for ideas and feedback. Down-to-earth approach. Company has a great legacy at its core.

Cons

Great autonomy while very rewarding can also bring its deal of challenges on projects. The approach to projects requires being able to adjust very quickly and effectively to project needs which can be good but also is demanding.
