We appreciate the review and the chance to respond. Our employees work a hybrid schedule and may work in home offices two days a week on Thursdays and Fridays. The rest of the time we like to be together in the building in order to collaborate and build the kind of culture our company leadership desires. Also we are located at the intersection of 85 and Sugarloaf so we’re very accessible to the main highways. If this part of town works for you it’s a great place to work! Thank you for your review and the positive comments about the company! We try to balance things like great benefits a beautiful building and work environment and pay. We pay a competitive wage and have fabulous benefits including our 401(k) match profit-sharing and bonuses based on stock. The total compensation package is quite generous and base pay is competitive with market. Thanks again for the review and I’m happy that you like the company!

I’m happy to hear that you like our culture including our hybrid work from home arrangement. Our total compensation package is quite generous because it includes not only competitive Base pay but also profit-sharing and bonuses based on stock as your tenure increases with the company.
