Pros

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming here. It is obvious that they value their employees and strive to become a company where its employees are happy.

Cons

Company Culture is wonderful, but at some points it seems like having a specific culture is more valued than what the employees actually want.

Thanks for this positive review! I'm glad you recognize our efforts and also feel welcome. It is true that we have a culture we want to build and perpetuate, and we do take employee input through surveys and conversations which influence decisions but the leadership does have a vision they want to realize and our hope is that the entire company will support it. We can't please everyone on every point! But we try to listen and keep that information in mind as we make decisions. As always, come talk to me if you want to elaborate.

They communicate very well with you, especially during the hiring process. They engaging and the culture is amazing!

Cons

They are a little behind the times with some of their software tools you use for support, but nothing that caused me not to do my job.

Pros

1. Family company mindset to "Do The Right Thing." 2. Executives are interactive and approachable. 3. Fun environment thanks to an employee ambassador that plans events for the company. 4. Openness to ideas and bringing in new technology sets allows a constant growth of employees. 5. Engaged managers that focus not only on the goals that need to be achieved, but also the personal growth of their direct reports. 6. Crazy generous benefits from health, 401k matching, and the stadium box is pretty awesome!

Cons

1. Growing pains of a fast growing company and industry leader. They figure it out eventually, but sometimes have to get through a tough assignment with extended hours to create a lesson learned so it doesn't happen again in the future.
